Platypusdad Productions does have an active store on TikTok, however many have reached out and informed us that either they were unable to finish a transaction or see the store.  

Why is this happening? - This is more than likely happening because the TikTok Store is either not available in your country, or you are traveling abroad and once the store sees your IP address it will block any access.  

What can be done? - Well, sites had been separated due to several reasons about what TikTok allows as well as inventory count.  However, the need has been seen so there is a mirror shop now on this site of the TikTok items.  

What are the differences? - There are two major things you will see different, that is the price and shipping costs.  While the prices may seem lower on this site, you will have to pay shipping fees.  In the TikTok shop, the buyer gets free shipping on orders over $20 because the fees they charge the seller technically offsets what they are paying.  We sellers only get the benefit of the shipping being arranged for us; we still pay for shipping out of our seller fees.

The third is availability.  It may take just a day or two longer to get an item out vs. the TikTok store due to either needing to remake it or the last ones were ordered off TikTok at the same time. 

So just look for the TikTok section in the store to see those items that brought you here and don't forget to browse our other items too.
